We specialize in custom leather products. That means each piece is made by hand including cutting out the leather parts, lacing, stitching, tooling, dyeing, finishing, and assembling. That hand work is done or supervised by Doc Hayes and we have high standards for the quality of what we produce.
We have been approached to produce mass quantities of items but resist this entirely. We believe a custom leather item is something very important to the person to whom it will belong. It deserves attention to the details that individual desires. Therefore, each custom piece is made to order after we confer and come to important decisions relative to its design, function, and finish.
What is a satisfied customer? We believe a satisfied customer is someone who gets the item he or she wants, made to his or her specifications, in a reasonable time, and at a price that feels right (not cheap... but not artifically inflated, either). Our aim is to have nothing but satisfied customers and we want those satisfied customers to become repeat customers and friends.
